Pork - Speck Ham, P.G.I, Sliced

Dautore speck hams are an Italian ham. These are, salted and flavoured with a mixture of aromas (salt, pepper, juniper, rosemary and bay). The ham is dry-corned for three weeks at controlled temperatures. The ham is exposed alternately to the smoking and to the drying phases. Speck hams have a light smoking phase and are smoked over low-resin wood which gives it a strong a flavour. Manufactured at Italy. Packed as per Customer requirement. Not a standard pack under weights & Measurement Guidelines. Consume within 05 days from date of Packing. Store in refrigerator at or below 05 degree C in an airtight container.
