Dautore Salami Milano is produced by mixing light pork meat with heavy fat. These ingredients are finely ground and the same spices are again mixed and finally cased inside artificial large cases. All Italian salamis are differentiated on the basis of type of meat grinding (fine, medium or coarse) and the spices and ingredients (garlic, chilli pepper, fennel seeds) used. They give each individual type of Salami, a very specific personality and shape. Manufactured at Italy. Packed as per Customer requirement. Not a standard pack under weights & Measurement Guidelines.
