Pickle - Clam 400 GRM

Grey clam (Kakka ) is from the serene back waters of Kochi. Grey Clam is one of the most sought after product which is rich in calcium. The whole clam caught from the backwaters is depurated and cooked to separate the clam meat (Kakka irrachi) and the clam meat is pickled by marinating with salt, spices and vinegar. It is processed using the know-how from CFTRI in a HACCP implemented factory. Clam pickle is a delicacy of people in Kerala.
