Oyster Sauce - Flavored, Imported

Kikkoman Oyster Sauce is made from liquor extracted from fresh oysters. It is thickened to add body and sheen with a balanced flavour of sweet and savoury. It has a dark brown colour with both salty and sweet taste. This oyster sauce does not have any fishy aroma or taste. It is commonly used in stir-fries.
