Green Stuffed Hot Pepper Pickle

The Rajasthani Athana style influenced our Green Stuffed Hot Pepper Pickle. The long green hot chilli pepper is pickled whole, slit, stuffed with mustard and mixed spices and then matured in traditional style for a few months. A spoonful of this spicy pickle makes a fiery condiment for curries and dipping bread.
