Edam Block Cheese - Diced

Fresho Signature brings the traditional cheese from the Netherlands- the Edam Ball. Cheese for the voyagers, it is best known for how long it lasts and how well it travels. The red paraffin wax coating is not to be consumed. The yellow, hard cheese is crumbly and delicious and only hardens further on ageing. It eats well on its own and is also a great dessert cheese when paired with zest apples or pears. For your convenience, we prepare the cheese as per individual orders into slices/dices or blocks. Store in an airtight container in below 5°C and consume within 5 days of packing.
