A well-aged cheese, this has a buttery texture and a distinctive flavour, well developed but not too strong, creamy with a slight piquancy. Manchego is ideal for any pasta dish, as a replacement for Parmigiano-Reggiano and also is a great addition to a fresh fruits and pickles platter with crusty bread. We prepare the cheese into dices as per your individual requirements for each order. Store in an airtight container in below 5°C and consume within 5 days of packing.
