Fresho Signature brings the iconic French Cheese the Chevere Log straight on to your plates. This is a low-fat cheese with a dense and grainy texture. It has a fresh and complex flavour that makes it a prominent factor of deliciousness into any cooked savoury dish or even a dessert. It is known to work very well into tarts and baked desserts. We prepare the cheese, without the rinds, into blocks as per your individual requirements. Store in an airtight container in below 5°C and consume within 5 days of packing.
