Cheese Blocks

Heritage cheese blocks are made from cheese, sodium citrate, common salt, citric acid permitted natural colour. It is made from cow/buffalo milk using microbial rennet. It is a wonderful blend of aroma and texture. It is a great source of calcium, fat, and protein and contains high amounts of vitamins A and B-12, along with zinc, phosphorus, and riboflavin.
